Return Policy

We believe in our customer satisfaction, and always try to provide the best quality products to our customers at greatest competitive price and in that process, if sometimes you didn’t like any product fit, colour, style or material so no need to worry. There is easy return exchange and cancellation process on SwipKart.com, If you have received any wrong or damage product and you want to exchange any product please contact us on support@swipkart.com or can contact our customer care executives on 09082649796 within the working days (Mon-Sat) 11.00AM-7:30PM. Before returning, exchanging or cancelling any products please consider the following given points.

Points to be considered in Returns process:

  • Return requested will only be accepted within 7 days from the day of delivery.
  • The products will be returned only if the product is unused, unwashed and should be packed in the original packing with all the tags on their place, if the tags are being found missing then the products will not be returned.
  • Cash on delivery charges are non-refundable that is Rs.50
  • Where our courier partner is not available in that case the customer has to self-ship the product from his/her side, we will pay the shipping charges to the customer after receiving the courier bill and verifying all the things.
  • The customer will get the payment of the product within 2 days after we received the product.
  • The customer have to send his account details on support@swipkart.com for payment process.
  • The product should be repacked in safe condition for shipment.
  • Refund will be processed through same mode within 3 working days after verifying.
  • The products can only be returned only once for free shipping, if the customer returns the products second time in that case the courier is being charged to the customer.
  • The product will be exchanged only twice in one case the shipping is free and one time its chargeable, please note if product is being exchanged two times, it cannot be exchanged again for the third time.
  • The coupon code will only be provided 2 times to the same customer for same issue.

How to return the products purchased on SwipKart.com

  • The product would only be returned within 7 days.
  • The product should be unused and unwashed and should be in its original condition.
  • For easy return you can discuss your issue with the SwipKart customer care executive on support@swipkart.com or can call on 09082649796 within the working days (Mon-Sat) 11:00AM-7:30PM, (excluding national holidays).
  • Please make sure that the correct and complete product is handed over with its original packing.
  • Our courier partner will reverse pick-up the product from the customer end, so keep the product ready before the courier boy arrived to the customer.
  • In cases when your pin-code is not available to our courier partners, so the customers have to self-ship the product from there end.
  • The C.O.D charges are not refundable.

Returns Acceptable in Following Cases:

  • Damage product delivered to the customer.
  • Wrong product delivered to the customers.

Important Note

*Other than the above mention cases if the customer wants to return the products in cases like when the customer didn’t like the product look or other issue. In that case the amount is only refundable in the form of coupon. The coupon will be amounted in the same price of the returned product. No amount will be created to the account.

Exchange Process:

If there’s any size, colour, design or any other issue due to which you want to exchange the product on SwipKart.com, so don’t worry we have easy exchange procedure. For any kind of exchange contact to our customer care executives on the given contact details, and express your problem too them after that provide the correct detail of the product size, colour, design, sku or another product detail that you want in exchange of the present product.

Follow the steps for exchange process:

  • We will arrange the reverse pick up from the customer end, please pack the product in the original packing form.
  • The new product will be send to the customer which will take around 2 days from the day we have received the exchanged product.
  • The payment of the product will depend upon the exchanged product price.
  • If the price of the new product is more than original product price than the customer have to pay that extra amount via online or through cash on delivery (If the payment is done through cash on delivery process extra 50 rupees will be charged).
  • If the price of the new product is less than the original product price then we will refund the remaining amount via making coupon of that amount. Only coupon will be provided to the customer and no cash back will be provided.
  • Exchange products will not be cancelled.
